Online paid orders are shipped in 5-6 working days and are mostly delivered within 7-10 working days for readymade products.

The customized products will be shipped within 10-20 days from the date of order based on the nature of the product.

We ship all over India and abroad throughout the week except for Sundays & public holidays during normal working hours through Post Office service.

Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email notification/sms from us.

We charge a nominal shipping fee based on the size & volume of the product for orders within India.

For international orders, the shipping cost will be as per actual depending on the service preferred by the customer.

To help us make your experience even better, please ensure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong item or in case the item is damaged.

2. The exchange/return of the product will be accepted in the below-mentioned cases only:

In case of products damaged during transit, the product will be exchanged provided we are informed within 24hrs of receipt of the order along with an unboxing video for the same (via email)

Receipt of the wrong item/ product (shipping charges shall be borne by us)
3. Any other product other than the above-mentioned can be requested for exchange of the same or higher value on request. In such cases, a credit note on your bill value shall be issued, which may be used within a span of 8 months for any products from our online store.
